At YEG Appliances, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery of your appliances. Our delivery policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for delivering products purchased on our website, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process for our customers.

1. Delivery Methods

We offer various delivery methods, including standard delivery and in store pickup, depending on the availability and location, as well as preferences of our customers

The available delivery methods will be displayed during the checkout process and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges may apply to your order, depending on the selected delivery method and your location. This charge will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review before placing your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery time period will depend on your location and other factors. We provide estimated timeframes in order to account for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or unexpected delays with delivery carriers which can affect delivery dates. You will receive a confirmation email and later a phone call with the expected delivery date once the delivery is confirmed.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We will not be responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery team or our trust shipping partner will deliver the products to the delivery address provided during checkout. You may be required to sign for the delivery as proof of receipt. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a notification will be left, and you may need to reschedule the delivery or pick up the products from a designation location. There may be a cost associated with a rescheduled delivery.

a. Please note for large appliances it is the customer’s responsibility to prepare the space to receive a large appliance. The delivery team will assess the situation upon arrival and determine the best course of action. If it is determined that the doors or handles must be removed to comeplete the delivery. There will be an additional cost for this service to be paid to the delivery team. The labour, time and material required to safely remove and reinstall the doors or handles will be covered by this cost. The customer has the right to decline and the appliance will then be delivered to the porch or garage. Please note that damages incurred to the appliance while personally handling it, will not be covered by your warranty.

b. Customers must transport and handle refrigerators and freezers picked up in store in an upright position; failing to do so will void the warrant.

6. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as missing items, damaged appliances – other than disclosure, or any other concerns, please contact customer service team at support@yegappliances.ca as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction with you delivery.

7. Changes to Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update our Delivery Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
